UF ultrafiltration technology
Technical explanation
What is UF ultrafiltration technology?
1.) The design ability of UF membrane should be able to block macromolecules or colloidal particles in water
2.) Smaller molecules can pass through the UF filter together with water
3.) No significant osmotic pressure
4.) Normal working pressure is 10-100PSI
Efficiency Depends on UF Ultrafiltration System
1.) Fluidity of the membrane surface
2.) System working pressure
3.) System operating temperature
4.) Recycle percentage
Application of UF ultrafiltration system
1.) Water treatment application: post-filtration after DI system, laboratory materials, reagents
2.) Refined and concentrated ingredients: pharmaceuticals, protein, gelatin, enzymes
3.) Dehydration/recycling applications: electrostatic coatings, emulsified oil-water, metal colloids
4.) Fractionation/purification application: cheese whey, sugar, dextran
